Head of Public Relations

AHS, a prominent player in the real estate industry, is in search of a strategic and experienced Head of Public Relations to lead our public relations efforts. This role requires an individual with a strong background in building and maintaining a positive public image for the company. You will be responsible for developing and executing PR strategies that effectively communicate our company's mission and vision while managing all public relations activities.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation and visibility
2. Manage all aspects of media relations, including drafting press releases, organizing press conferences, and responding to media inquiries
3. Create compelling narratives and messaging that align with the company’s brand and objectives
4. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders
5. Monitor industry trends and media coverage to proactively manage and address potential issues
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
7. Prepare and oversee crisis communication plans to safeguard the company's reputation during challenging situations
8. Analyze PR performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
9. Lead and mentor a team of PR professionals, fostering their growth and development
10. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in public relations and the real estate sector

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
2. Proven experience as a Head of Public Relations or in a senior PR role (Minimum 8 years)
3. Strong knowledge of PR best practices and media relations
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
5. Proven track record of developing successful PR campaigns
6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media and stakeholders
7. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
8. Experience in managing crisis communications
9. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
10. Background in the real estate industry is a plus
11. Proficiency in PR software and analytics tools
