Job Description

Key Responsibilities -

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned car dealers.
  • Promote participation in online auctions by proactively reaching out to dealers.
  • Provide detailed explanations about listed cars and their inspection reports.
  • Educate dealers on auction processes and resolve queries related to vehicle history, pricing, and bidding.
  • Convince and encourage dealers to bid on suitable vehicles through persuasive communication and understanding of their inventory needs.
  • Track dealer participation, feedback, and performance metrics; take corrective action where necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal inspection/reporting teams to ensure accurate car data is available.
  • Achieve monthly targets related to dealer engagement and successful bids.
  • Act as a brand representative and uphold a professional image in all dealer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Car Sales or buying experience
  • Good knowledge of pricing of cars and passionate about cars
  • Native Arabic Speaker
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
