Job Description: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with at least 7 years of experience in developing applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM), Integration Custom Application Development, and Portal Development. The candidate should also possess the following qualifications:

1. Configuration of Service Portal and custom widgets, including workflows and processes.
2. Implementation of designer-provided user interfaces.
3. Setting up Service portal content for authenticated users.
4. Utilizing Service Portal to customize user logins through system properties and script includes.
5. Creation, monitoring, modification, and publishing of service catalogue workflows with approvals.
6. Matching UI designs on various pages of a portal.
7. Designing, configuring, and customizing new applications and modules.
8. Troubleshooting patch/release management issues.
9. Strong knowledge in CMDB.
10. Knowledge of S2P, SPM, VA, Automation Hub is a plus.
