The Job

The role involves :

  • Co-ordinating daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of events and promotions.
  • Collaborating with the Kitchen and Service teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, purchases, and sales.
  • Handling administration and payroll processes.
  • Coordinating appointments and scheduling meetings.
  • Ensuring high-quality standards consistently and accurately.
