Job Purpose

Ensure student success and help them reach their full potential by implementing the SABIS curriculum and philosophy, utilizing the SABIS teaching methods consistently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teach classes using provided lesson plans, developing plans as needed based on pacing charts, and teaching using the SABIS point system.
2. Mark exams in accordance with the schedule and materials provided.
3. Discuss disciplinary and performance issues with the Academic Quality Controller (AQC) and Head of Department (HOD) as necessary.
4. Implement the SABIS Point System to foster a conducive learning environment.
5. Proctor exams, ensuring proper management of the test environment.
6. Support low-performing students through guidance and motivation.
7. Assist in external exam preparation, reviewing previous exams as per the revision schedule.
8. Perform additional duties such as testing students, substituting for absent teachers, organizing students for activities, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
9. Participate in student life activities in coordination with the Student Life Coordinator.
10. Attend training sessions to enhance understanding of the SABIS system and improve student performance.
11. Perform other tasks or projects as delegated by school management.

Ideal Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. At least 1 year of teaching experience.
4. Professional behavior and ethical conduct.
5. Ability to deliver results and pursue continuous learning and improvement.
