Job description

Senior Officer – Procurement - UAEN only

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

End-to-End Procurement Management:

Handle the complete procurement cycle from requisition to purchase order, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable government regulations.

Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents; manage the evaluation process (technical and commercial) in coordination with stakeholders.

Oversee the onboarding of suppliers, ensuring they meet the eligibility and compliance requirements as per client and government standards.

Contract Drafting & Administration:

Draft, review, and finalize procurement contracts, ensuring accuracy, risk mitigation, and alignment with UAE government procurement guidelines.

Market & Supplier Research:

Identify and assess potential suppliers based on market trends, pricing, quality, delivery, and compliance capabilities.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with internal departments and legal teams to align procurement activities with operational needs and compliance standards.

Record Keeping & Reporting:

Maintain procurement documentation and prepare reports on procurement status, savings, and supplier performance.
