Position: Dispatcher

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process transportation requests from clients, both internal and external
  • Assign drivers and vehicles to transport goods and materials according to delivery schedules and customer requirements
  • Monitor and track the movement of vehicles using GPS systems and communicate updates to clients and drivers
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Respond to any issues or delays that may arise during transportation and find solutions to minimize disruptions
  • Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and update the system with relevant information
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on delivery status and address any concerns or complaints
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or transportation is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in using GPS systems and dispatch software
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Tagalog, Bengali, or Sinkala is an advantage
