About the job:

The purpose of this role is to manage, design, implement, and facilitate marketing strategies that support consistent business growth and enhance brand equity and awareness.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Create, manage, coordinate, and execute all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that meet and exceed company expectations.
  2. Develop unique value propositions, business partnerships, and call-to-action advertising targeted towards key customer segments to increase brand awareness.
  3. Plan, direct, and implement multi-channel marketing initiatives across advertising sponsorships, PR, direct communications, social media, and web content.
  4. Develop analytical reports and processes to support sales programs and demonstrate ROI.
  5. Develop innovative strategies with the creative team to attract potential customers.
  6. Manage tactical campaigns to generate demand for products/services, increasing sales and revenue, through collaboration with other departments.
  7. Manage marketing budgets in tandem with the Head of Sales & Marketing.
  8. Conduct and present market research to enhance strategy, planning, and increase brand recognition among target customers.
  9. Ensure consistent communication of corporate image, branding, and value proposition.
  10. Plan tactical campaigns to increase awareness within the Air Arabia network using new media solutions, combining offline and online channels.
  11. Develop, plan, and evaluate comprehensive communication and advertising campaigns that are innovative and cost-effective.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior managerial role.
  • Experience in the airline industry in a management role is desirable.
