About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development manager with a passion for consultative selling and strong experience in premium B2C services. In this role, you will:

  • Call 60-70 customers daily
  • Conduct online and in-person meetings with potential clients.
  • Guide clients through residence and citizenship-by-investment options.
  • Work only with warm inbound leads (no cold calling).
  • Build long-term client relationships based on trust and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with our legal experts to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of B2C sales experience, preferably in investment, financial services, real estate, education, or immigration.
  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals or working with high-net-worth clients.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, available for hybrid (in-person + remote) work.
