We are currently hiring an Accountant on behalf of our esteemed client, a well-established Business Management Consultancy that has been based in Dubai for over 15 years.

Oversee financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. They perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.

Requirements and skills:

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

Proven bookkeeping experience (Minimum: 2-5 years in UAE)

Must have experience handling VAT, Audit & Corporate Tax. (Minimum: 2-5 years in UAE or Home Country)

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles

Advanced Computer skills, including MS Office (especially Excel), ZOHO Books, and CRM accounting software

Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and spoken)

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Ready to join immediately and must be in Dubai

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist the Accounts Manager in all areas of financial operations, including data entry, payroll, accounts receivable/payable

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process

• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct ledger, supplier's ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger

• Undertake general administrative and clerical duties

• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems

• Assist with administrative inquiries and discrepancies

• Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring they are up to date

Accurate input of data onto ZOHO, QuickBooks, Xero
