DESCRIPTION

We're seeking an exceptional Program Manager to join Amazon's Global Store team. In this role, you'll own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for key features and experiences that serve millions of customers worldwide. You'll work at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience to deliver innovative solutions that enhance Amazon's global retail platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in executing and managing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas within the Global Store
Partner with engineering, design, research, and business teams to build and launch world-class customer experiences
Use data-driven decision making to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and measure success
Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with retail industry trends
Lead customer research initiatives to deeply understand customer needs and pain points
Drive product launches from conception through implementation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree (Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA or Master's degree
Experience in e-commerce or retail technology
International market experience
Proven track record of product innovation
