Drive Revenue Through High-Value Last Will & Testament Sales

Europe Emirates Group is expanding its Estate Planning & Business Continuity Division to meet the rising demand for Last Will & Testament services among our international client base.

We are seeking a Senior Estate Planning Sales Consultant, a revenue-focused professional with deep expertise in estate planning and a proven track record of closing high-trust advisory sales. This is a front-line, fee-generation role with a clear performance mandate.

About the Role

You will be responsible for converting warm, qualified leads—primarily non-Muslim expatriates who have established businesses or residency structures in the UAE—into Last Will & Testament clients. You will leverage internal referrals, external introducers, and structured outreach to consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct one-on-one consultations and close Last Will & Testament sales
  2. Educate clients on the importance of estate planning in the UAE context
  3. Collaborate with corporate services, residency, and real estate teams for lead flow
  4. Maintain clear CRM tracking and report commercial KPIs weekly
  5. Participate in targeted campaigns, webinars, and client briefings
Candidate Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven success in selling Wills, estate planning, or private client legal services
  • Strong closing skills and commercial drive
  • Excellent communication and consultative sales abilities
  • Familiarity with UAE inheritance laws for non-Muslims is essential
  • English fluency required
