Job description

We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service. In this role, you will liaise with customers, provide product and service information, manage orders, and resolve issues with efficiency and care—while working closely with our logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Order Management

  • Liaise with customers to provide accurate product and service information.
  • Generate and manage sales orders and invoices.
  • Maintain high accuracy in order fulfillment and customer account processing.
  • Handle large volumes of emails and calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain clear and organized customer documentation and communication records.
  • Meet personal and team targets for service excellence.

Supply Chain & Logistics Support

  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners (CIF customers) to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify and assess customer needs in relation to supply chain services.
  • Support internal teams in achieving service level targets and improving fulfillment processes.
  • Assist in issue resolution related to logistics and delivery disruptions.
  • Monitor and improve customer experience across the order-to-delivery process.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the Sales, Accounting, and Management teams.
  • Ensure accurate database management and reporting.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Actively contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain operations or customer service within a logistics or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven knowledge of order processing, logistics coordination, and inventory principles.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in ERP and supply chain systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Service-driven, with a keen eye for process efficiency and accuracy.
