Job description

On behalf of our client, a prestigious luxury auction house specializing in high-value retail categories such as fine jewelry, designer fashion, rare timepieces, and collectibles, we are seeking a Client Relations Executive to join their growing team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for a polished, service-driven professional with experience working with high-net-worth individuals in the luxury or retail space. You'll act as a key brand ambassador, ensuring an exceptional client experience at every stage of the auction and sales journey.

The budget for this role is 13-15,000 + commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for VIP clients, offering tailored support throughout the auction lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and personalized service.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, including account registration, KYC/due diligence processes, and documentation.
  • Organize and support exclusive viewings, previews, and auction events in coordination with the wider team.
  • Deliver clear and accurate information about upcoming lots, bidding procedures, private sales, and post-sale logistics.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records within the company's CRM system, ensuring data security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, and sales) to deliver an elevated and consistent client experience.
  • Provide on-the-ground support during high-profile events, auctions, and private gatherings.
  • Actively contribute to the client engagement strategy by sharing feedback and market insights.

Candidate Profile:

  • 5 years experience in luxury retail, auctions, high-end hospitality, or client services.
  • A passion for luxury products and familiarity with retail categories such as watches, jewelry, fashion, or art.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently and discreetly with HNWIs.
  • High level of personal presentation and professional etiquette.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems or client databases.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and attend events outside standard business times.
  • Fluent English. Additional languages is a bonus!
