Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, build relationships, and contribute to the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and partnerships. You will assist in lead generation, market research, and sales efforts while developing valuable skills in businessstrategy and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market trends.
  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, social media outreach, and networking.
  • Qualify incoming leads and conduct outreach to set up meetings or calls for the senior business development team.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials to pitch to potential clients.
  • Help coordinate meetings, product demos, and follow-up communications with prospects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and business growth.
  • Support customer onboarding processes and help ensure clients are satisfied with the products/services.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client and lead information, tracking progress and sales stages.
  • Being able to identify a potential sales opportunity and understand client needs.
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks, leads, and projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Business Development Manager
  • Modular/ Construction/ Design studio experience is a plus.
  • Multinational company experience is ideal.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is typically preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with prospects, clients, and internal teams.
  • A foundational understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, client engagement, and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools to track leads and customer interactions. Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office is also important.
  • Can join immediately within 15days.
