We are looking for a Strategic Finance Analyst to assist the Strategic Finance Lead in scaling the finance function and driving insights across the business.

What you'll do:

• Prepare annual budgets, gauge actual performance against plans, and provide guidance monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Support the Strategic Finance Lead in delivering financial reports and analysis across all regions and at the consolidated level.
• Track key business and financial metrics, identify cost drivers, and support profitability analysis.
• Implement new financial tools and systems, including setup, testing, and integration.
• Prepare monthly commission calculations across regions.
• Provide analytical support for ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.

What we're looking for:

• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Understanding of financial statements and data analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with financial systems and large datasets.
• Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Experience building basic Excel models is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• CFA Level II or higher is a plus.
