Our client, a leading business support services provider in Dubai, is seeking an experienced B2C Sales Manager to lead and scale their sales operations. This is a critical leadership role focused on driving revenue through effective strategy implementation, client acquisition, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive profitable growth in the B2C segment.
  2. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  3. Oversee CRM system management, lead handling processes, and performance tracking.
  4. Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
  5. Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer support teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; a Master's degree is desirable.
  • Proven experience in sales, with 2-3 years specifically in company formation and business setup.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial acumen and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Fluency in English; any additional language is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead management.
