Job Title: Relationship Manager (Chinese speaking)
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell company properties (residential, commercial, plots, and villas).
- Generate leads, manage client portfolios, and conduct property viewings.
- Provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information about available properties.
- Negotiate deals and ensure a seamless closing process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to boost property exposure.
- Stay informed on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales within the UAE.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) – verbal and written.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CRM software and property listing platforms.
- Solid understanding of Ajman's real estate market and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of legal aspects related to property transactions in the UAE.
