Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Sales Manager to join our software sales team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships to maximize revenue opportunities in the software industry. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their software needs. - Manage and grow key accounts by identifying opportunities and providing tailored software solutions. - Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities. - Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. - Negotiate contracts and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience (3+ years) in software sales or account management, preferably within the UAE market. - Strong understanding of software products and technology solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools is preferred. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus. - Willingness to travel within the region as needed. -UAE Driving license
