We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. This role is key to supporting our growth, nurturing our vibrant workplace culture, enhancing our people strategy and ensuring smooth HR operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation in line with UAE labor laws.
  • Support full employee life cycle from recruitment to exit procedures.
  • Diligently maintain and update HR records, and employee files.
  • Track performance management and employee engagement.
  • Aid in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc).
  • Provide day-to-day HR support, manage employee attendance and leaves.
  • Assist HR Manager with any ad-hoc project work.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years within the UAE.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
