Job description

To plan and coordinate the installation of new machines and retrofits, including delivery, installation, commissioning, optimization, and acceptance phases. This position will be based in the candidate's home country.

Your Tasks

• Control and handle service tasks and service projects.
• Trigger personnel resource planning by engaging the local dispatcher to select adequate staff according to the established procedure: check local, regional, external, and headquarters’ resources.
• Responsible for scheduling and budgeting assigned projects, including input in quotation processes, financial management, and cost control.
• Manage escalation processes, including communication and countermeasure arrangements; establish accruals in collaboration with headquarters counterparts if necessary.
• Monitor and report capacity utilization of projects through KPIs.
• Liaise with and manage subcontractors involved in projects.
• Oversee communication and cooperation among all project stakeholders.
• Manage technical issues throughout the project, including during the guaranteed phase.
• Ensure compliance with relevant local and international laws and specific customer requirements.

Your Profile

• Degree in engineering, preferably with Project Management qualification.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in a similar environment.
• Technical knowledge of machines.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills: fluency in English, Arabic, and French is required; German is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and be a good team player.
• No travel restrictions up to 30% for business trips.
