Job description

Pechka is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Aggregator Platform Manager to own and optimize our brand presence across leading food delivery aggregators including Talabat, Careem, Noon, Deliveroo, and others. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, drive growth through data-backed promotional strategies, and collaborate closely with both external platform account managers and internal teams to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Management
  • Maintain and optimize Pechka's listings across all aggregator platforms.
  • Ensure product names, descriptions, images, prices, and tags are accurate and engaging.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Plan, execute, and analyze promotional campaigns to increase sales and visibility.
  • Work closely with account managers to develop data-driven strategies that improve ROI.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Monitor platform KPIs including sales, conversion rates, customer feedback, and ROI.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Liaise with internal kitchen, logistics, and tech teams to align on menu updates, operational readiness, and service quality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for aggregator platform representatives.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis
  • Track competitor activities across aggregator platforms and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Stay informed on new aggregator features, trends, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing food delivery platforms or e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with aggregator platforms like Talabat, Careem, Deliveroo, Noon, etc.
