Job description

Our client, a leading retail luxury group, is looking to hire Sales Associates for their Dubai location.

Role and Responsibilities:
  1. Understanding and assisting customers in satisfying their needs and queries about products, prices, and services.
  2. Advising customers on product ranges best suited to their needs.
  3. Achieving sales targets and focusing on increasing sales through advanced sales techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling.
  4. Maintaining customer relationships to build long-term brand loyalty.
  5. Handling new product launches and promotions, and managing visual merchandising.
  6. Ensuring stock replenishment at all times.
  7. Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene standards, and visual displays.
  8. Implementing CRM at the store level and providing relevant feedback.
  9. Coordinating with the Customer Care Centre for after-sales service.
  10. Generating daily sales reports.
  11. Following all company procedures related to ordering, cash handling, and other practices.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Thorough knowledge of features and benefits of products and brands in the store.
  • Understanding of competing brands and pricing.
  • Familiarity with internal procedures, processes, and systems.
Personality Traits:
  • Good selling and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
