???? Hiring: Customer Success Manager (On-Site, Dubai)

ClozR is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead client onboardings and ensure every new real estate agency succeeds from day one.

You'll be the face of our onboarding experience, combining excellent communication skills with technical expertise to make onboarding seamless, automated, and scalable.

???? What You'll Do:

1. Own the onboarding journey for every new client
2. Deliver product walkthroughs, training, and implementation support
3. Configure automations & workflows (N8N, Zapier, Make)
4. Serve as the main point of contact during onboarding (first 30-60 days)
5. Collaborate with sales & product teams to deliver a top-tier client experience
6. Continuously improve onboarding playbooks & systems

???? What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years experience as a CSM or Onboarding Manager
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• 3+ years of technical experience with N8N, Zapier, or Make
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users confidently
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Based in Dubai and willing to work on-site (Downtown office)
