Job description

This position is accountable for producing the following results:

To make sure deliverables are being delivered profitably, on time, and to client satisfaction. Executing and building service delivery systems in support of our strategic goals

Responsibilities

• Develop service delivery systems
• Find gaps and areas of improvement in existing service delivery systems
• Make sure the service delivery systems are followed in detail by the different members of the staff
• Maintain client satisfaction rate
• Contribute to the Employee Development Meetings
• Deliver systematic reporting to customers.
• Address customer requests (emails, calls, etc.)

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of business experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
