Radiant Star Group is looking for an Accountant to join our fast-growing integrated real estate services company. This role will focus on short-term rental financial management while supporting our expanding brokerage, development, and co-living ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage P&L, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and performance metrics for short-term rentals
• Oversee owner statements, VAT compliance, and dynamic pricing impact
• Support brokerage commission tracking and real estate financial analysis
• Assist in financial modeling for upcoming co-living projects

Who We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• 1+ year of accounting experience in real estate (either short-term rentals or brokerage)
• Strong skills in financial reporting, cash flow forecasting & accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho)
• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work across multiple divisions
• Preference for Chartered Accountant qualification
