As the Senior Manager, Paid Media, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of all paid marketing initiatives, including but not limited to digital and offline advertising (search, social, display, sponsorships, billboards, and lead generation). You will define best-in-class methods, cultivate high performance, and ensure the team is equipped to deliver results that benchmark against the world's top fintech and trading brands. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep expertise, exceptional judgment, and a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

- Maintain competitive intelligence by monitoring global fintech, trading, and financial services competitors, proactively identifying new trends and threats in the paid media space.
- Lead crisis management for reputational or compliance risks arising from paid campaigns in high-scrutiny markets.
- Align paid media strategy with fast-changing company priorities, new product launches, and cross-functional business projects, often managing short timelines and shifting resources accordingly.
Requirements
Experience & Background:
- Minimum 15 years progressive leadership experience in Paid Advertising, Paid Media, Sponsorship, and Lead Generation for high-growth, performance-driven organizations (Fintech or Financial Markets a plus).
- Track record of success managing large teams and substantial paid media budgets ($10M+), with evidence of substantial contribution to business growth.
- Deep expertise in offline channels (e.g., sponsorship, billboards, OOH), with digital marketing experience as a significant advantage.
- Experience overseeing performance marketing teams and hands-on knowledge of key advertising platforms (Google, Meta, programmatic, etc.), even if not the core focus.
