Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative at Leanlynxes. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing interpersonal skills, offering customer support, and demonstrating computer literacy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibility

  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with bookings, billing issues, Location updates, and regular updates.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Process transactions, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction scores).
  • Stay updated on company units, promotions, and procedures.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
