HR Manager
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
About the Role:
We're looking for an HR Manager who is both strategic and hands-on. You will take full ownership of all HR functions across the group, including recruitment, onboarding, policy creation, performance management, culture, and compliance. This role requires someone with strong initiative, structure, and the ability to execute with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing all HR operations across multiple businesses
Leading recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Developing and enforcing HR policies aligned with our goals
Handling employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
Overseeing visa processing, payroll, insurance, and labor law compliance
Creating training, development, and retention programs
Advising leadership on organizational structure and people strategy
Building and maintaining HR systems and SOPs
Ability to lead organizational change initiatives during business expansion, restructuring, or cultural shifts.
Familiarity with maintaining or optimizing digital HR tools (HRMS) to streamline HR processes and data-driven decision-making.
Capacity to forecast talent needs and align HR strategy with business growth and future capabilities
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the UAE
Proven experience in both generalist and leadership HR roles
Thorough understanding of UAE labor laws and visa procedures
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proactive, structured, discreet, and dependable
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Able to work directly with leadership as a trusted advisor
