OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

Regardless of your position, success depends on creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining professional appearance and communication. Guest Service Experts will be on their feet and moving around, managing menus, and taking a hands-on approach to work—lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance. They will also reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Performing these duties well is critical for guest satisfaction and business success.
