Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Account Manager – Social Media to lead the planning, execution, and management of social media strategies for Abu Dhabi Art, one of the region’s most prestigious cultural initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, developing content calendars, coordinating with creative teams, and driving digital engagement across multiple platforms to position Abu Dhabi Art as a leading voice in the global art scene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Abu Dhabi Art, managing day-to-day communications and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand’s cultural and artistic vision.
- Create and manage detailed content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality, platform-optimized content.
- Lead planning and execution of paid social campaigns and ensure proper audience targeting and budget utilization.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), offering insights and optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with PR and influencer teams to amplify campaign reach and engagement.
- Stay up to date with global and regional trends in the art world, culture, and social media to inform campaign ideation.
- Manage real-time social media coverage during Abu Dhabi Art events, including live posting and engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the arts, culture, or lifestyle sectors.
- Previous experience managing clients or accounts in an agency or cultural institution setting.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, analytics, and best practices.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills in both Arabic and English.
- Experience working with paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with the regional art and culture scene is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
