We at Tanami Properties are currently hiring a Real Estate Agent (German, Italian, Slovak) to be part of our Off Plan team.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales targets/KPIs set in the Employment Contract.
2. Interview buyers to determine their property preferences.
3. Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
4. Advise sellers on how to make their properties more appealing to potential buyers.
5. Accompany buyers during visits and inspections, advising on the suitability and value of the homes.
6. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
7. Arrange for title searches to ensure clients have clear property titles.
8. Ensure due diligence of listing documents to comply with Dubai's Land Department and RERA standards.
9. Coordinate property closings, overseeing document signing and fund disbursement.
10. Monitor fulfillment of purchase contract terms to ensure timely handling.
11. Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property listings.
12. Prepare necessary documents, such as listing forms, Form A, passport copies, and title deeds.
13. Maintain knowledge of UAE real estate laws, local economies, and mortgage options.
14. Represent the company professionally at all times.
