Job Description

Jw Turner Contracting LLC, an affiliate of Paris Group, is an in-house provider of high-quality fit-out and maintenance services, specializing in retail and hospitality projects. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results by ensuring that every detail of the project is meticulously planned and executed. We are currently looking for a Back-of-House (BOH) Coordinator with a strong background in the fit-out industry to join our creative and dynamic team.

Job Overview:

The Back of House (BOH) Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting site operations and project delivery by managing the flow of materials, equipment, and information behind the scenes. This individual ensures the warehouse, procurement, and logistics functions run smoothly, contributing to the timely and cost-effective execution of retail fit-out projects. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills and thrives in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of materials to various fit-out sites.
  • Liaise with delivery teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate on-site deliveries.
  • Track material movements across sites using inventory management software.

Warehouse Operations

  • Maintain optimal organization of the warehouse and storage facilities in compliance with HSE standards.
  • Oversee daily operations including picking, packing, loading, and quality checks.
  • Manage tools, fixtures, and equipment inventory.

Procurement Support

  • Assist in procurement planning based on project schedules.
  • Work with local and international vendors to source materials.
  • Track purchase orders and coordinate customs clearance and documentation for imported goods.

BOH Site Support

  • Provide logistical support for site mobilization and demobilization.
  • Set up temporary site offices, storage zones, and BOH facilities during project execution.
  • Coordinate with fit-out teams for BOH access and material handling protocols on site.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate BOH records, delivery notes, inventory logs, and asset registers.
  • Generate weekly reports on inventory status, delivery schedules, and warehouse operations.
  • Support compliance with UAE labor and safety regulations across logistics and warehouse functions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar BOH/logistics/warehouse coordination role within construction, interior fit-out, or retail sectors and Actual experience of well-known vendors (i.e Metalsistem, Schaefer, Span, Bito Racking)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular), and proficiency in AutoCad.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Hands-on experience with office machines.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work; Attention to detail and problem-solving skills; Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Working knowledge of health & safety and logistics best practices in the UAE.
