Position Summary :

The Director of Sales will define and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue through renewals, upsells, promotional offers, and a customer-focused approach. This strategic role involves hiring, managing, developing, and coaching a sales team to achieve results in acquiring new customers and retaining and upselling existing ones. The Director acts as a brand ambassador, fully understanding customer needs, challenges, and identifying opportunities for new products and services that foster mutual success.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Become an expert on the Property Finder marketplace and solution portfolio.
  2. Build and scale the business in Egypt, acquiring and retaining customers of all sizes with speed and quality to reinforce market leadership.
  3. Collaborate with SDR and Sales Operations teams to streamline customer acquisition processes.
  4. Exceed sales targets by establishing effective organizational structures, processes, CRM hygiene, and sales activities.
  5. Work with Sales Operations to ensure smooth customer handoffs.
  6. Hire, develop, and coach your team to adopt a consultative sales approach.
  7. Forecast revenue weekly, monthly, and quarterly with high accuracy.
  8. Assist your team in negotiating contracts and closing deals that maximize mutual benefits.
  9. Engage with customers to gather feedback, assess utilization, and address concerns, using these interactions to coach your team.
Desired Qualifications :
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sciences; MBA preferred. Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
  2. At least 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, subscription marketplaces, sales, and account management.
  3. Minimum of 5 years managing a team of at least 10 sales professionals.
  4. Proven track record of predictable forecasting.
  5. Experience in cross-functional planning and collaboration with decision-makers.
  6. Strong sales coaching skills focused on team development.
  7. Data-driven with excellent analytical skills.
  8. Patience and a service mindset in dealing with diverse customers and staff.
  9. Excellent communication, presentation, and data translation skills; fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
  10. Assertive, influential, highly motivated, and target-driven.
  11. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
