Job Title: Education Program Coordinator

Location: 501, Building A1-A2, Dubai South Business Park, Dubai DU, Émirats Arabes Unis

We are seeking an Education Program Coordinator to manage our Education Program targeting the Turkish market.

The Odoo Education Program enables schools and universities to incorporate Odoo ERP software as an educational tool, fostering practical, hands-on learning that connects classroom education with real-world business applications.

This program aligns with courses in accounting, entrepreneurship, supply chain management, and ERP-related classes. Educators can choose to fully adopt the Odoo Course or integrate ERP-focused workshops into their curriculum. They can then collaborate with an Education Officer to plan and implement these integrations, with our team providing dedicated support.

Responsibilities

  1. Create and maintain partnerships with educational institutions across the MENA region and other countries served by our branch.
  2. Increase the adoption and usage of Odoo software within educational settings.
  3. Collaborate with professors to identify effective methods for integrating Odoo into their curricula.
  4. Provide workshops and support for both professors and students to deepen their understanding of Odoo.
  5. Organize impactful events to promote the program and enhance student engagement with Odoo.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to establish and maintain partnerships.
  • Comfortable presenting to large audiences and engaging with classrooms or workshops.
  • Creative, innovative, and eager to contribute to the program's growth.

Must Have

  • Native Turkish speaker.
  • High level of Odoo knowledge.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of the academic system.
  • Additional language skills.
  • Interest in business areas such as accounting, POS, spreadsheets, and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills.
