Dubai Festival City is an Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate development project which covers 5.2 million sq m and stretches 3 kilometres along the historic Dubai Creek that optimizes the thriving and visionary spirit of Dubai.
Dubai Festival City is an established creek side, mixed use destination and premier waterfront community interconnecting finest residential, shopping, dining, leisure & entertainment, international hotels, schools, golf course, automotive park and offices. Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

1. B. Engineering degree; MBA advantageous

1. 10 years proven experience in Facilities Management in large organizations. Experience in mixed-use facilities will be advantageous.

1. Extensive knowledge of the Real Estate industry (5 years) and market conditions in the Middle East and Africa (3 years).
2. Having worked within a Facilities Management environment with GCC in a managerial role.
3. Proficient in MS Office suites including MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Manager.
