About The Opportunity

Talabat's advertising ecosystem offers a range of solutions to support our restaurant Partners' growth ambitions. These include top-of-funnel awareness products like display banners, consideration products such as cost-per-click Premium Listings and Keywords, and conversion-specific targeted discounts and promotions.

In this fast-paced environment, the Senior Manager - Advertising Sales will lead regional strategy and execution to boost advertising revenue. The role involves managing a team of 3-4 Program Managers and coordinating with sales teams across 8 markets, the central tech team in Berlin, and the local product team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring extensive advertising experience, especially within e-commerce, to provide strategic leadership and drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the delivery of annual, quarterly, and monthly advertising revenue targets for Talabat's Food business.
  • Develop a strong understanding of e-commerce advertising products, metrics, and setup, including CPC, display, video, DSP, etc.
  • Identify strategic initiatives to enable Account Managers to upsell, cross-sell, and retain restaurant Partners effectively.
  • Focus on increasing market penetration, sales enablement, goal setting, and scaling long-term commitments.
  • Collaborate with product teams to shape product roadmaps and strategies for advertising solutions.
  • Become an expert in Talabat's advertising offerings and tailor recommendations to client needs.
  • Work proactively with stakeholders to close solutions swiftly and efficiently.
  • Address ambiguous problems, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics to derive actionable insights and inform strategy.
Qualifications for Success

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and building strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
