Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the organization's mission and goals. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for strategic partnerships that enhance organizational growth.
- Corporate Excellence: Lead change strategies, enhance consumer experience, foster a quality-driven culture, and implement service standards. Manage service improvement initiatives and track performance metrics.
- Policy: Direct policy projects, contribute to UAE-wide initiatives, monitor policy trends, and provide strategic insights. Represent the company in external policy discussions and collaborations.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring clear communication and ongoing engagement.
- Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and formalize new partnership opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create joint initiatives leveraging partner strengths.
- Program Oversight: Oversee partnership programs, ensure alignment with organizational objectives, and monitor success, making adjustments as necessary.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote partnership opportunities and increase visibility.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets related to partnership initiatives, ensure financial sustainability, identify funding opportunities, and assist in grant writing and proposal development.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on partnership activities and outcomes, utilizing data and feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- People Development and Management: Lead, motivate, and develop employees, set clear standards and objectives, provide feedback, and monitor performance. Conduct performance evaluations and ensure team members are informed about organizational developments.
