Job description

  • Drive both related party and local sales, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain Net Gross Profit (GP) above agreed target levels on a consistent basis.
  • Monitor and track sales KPIs; provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.

2. Auction Management:

  • Plan, organize, and execute monthly auctions for secondary pipes to optimize inventory turnover and revenue.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely auction processing and fulfilment.

3. Market Intelligence & Business Development:

  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences across MENA.
  • Provide actionable insights and reports on new product opportunities and market needs to drive product innovation and business growth.
  • Identify new markets, new customer segments, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure alignment on sales and delivery commitments.
  • Engage with related parties to optimize sales synergies and manage inter-company transactions effectively.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, agents, and distributors in the region.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.

6. Reporting & Compliance:

  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all sales activities in line with company policies and regional regulations.
  • Support audit and compliance activities related to sales and related party transactions.
