About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the hospitality industry within Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies for multiple brands that potentially increase online presence, drive engagement and conversions across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic social media marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and online reputation.
  • Manage engaging content for all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
  • Coordinate with the teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and promotional activity.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) including engagement rate, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing relevant to the hospitality sector.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality digital assets.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) tailored to the relevant audience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, preferably in the hospitality sector within Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality marketing trends and guest engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in content creation, scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with paid social campaigns and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, others is an advantage.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
