The Job:

We are seeking a talented Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will work closely with our founder to drive the acquisition of stores, sales to investors, and expand our customer base across our eCommerce portfolio. Your enthusiasm, strategic sales skills, and determination will be key to reaching our growth targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for managing the entire sales funnel for both acquisitions and sales of eCommerce brands. This includes sourcing potential stores from multiple marketplaces, reviewing their financials and business models to identify promising opportunities, negotiating deals, and connecting our ready-to-sell stores with potential investors. Additionally, you will develop systems to scale our sales processes for future growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Source and review potential stores for acquisition
  • Negotiate and close store acquisitions
  • Prepare sales documentation such as P&L statements and memorandums
  • Generate leads for potential investors
  • Conduct sales meetings and negotiations with buyers
  • Manage post-sale relationships with investors
  • Build scalable systems for the sales funnel

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales roles
  • Performance-driven mindset
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
  • Solid understanding of business financials
  • Ecommerce experience is a plus
  • Experience in high-ticket sales ($10,000 or more)
