Job Title: Senior Digital Sales Executive (Events & Media)

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven professional with a strong background in publisher media buying and proven experience in digital sales and end-to-end event management (including corporate and luxury events).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new leads across various industries such as banking, education, healthcare, F&B, real estate, retail, etc., for CPM, CPC, CPL deals.
  2. Maintain and grow the client database, monitor competitor publisher website ads.
  3. Achieve monthly digital sales revenue targets.
  4. Manage end-to-end event operations, including client onboarding, planning, execution, reporting, and lead generation.
  5. Coordinate pre-event planning with clients, social media teams, anchors, videographers, and other stakeholders.
  6. Prepare event proposals aligned with campaign KPIs, ensuring delivery of leads and audience reach as per client requirements.
  7. Liaise with media buying agencies, pitch ad formats, and promote digital rate cards.
  8. Manage relationships with direct clients from government and private sectors, conducting 4-5 client meetings per week.
  9. Analyze client requirements and propose tailored digital plans, including banners, content marketing, social media ads, and email campaigns.
  10. Create and deliver digital sales presentations and reports.
  11. Submit daily sales reports and weekly revenue updates.
  12. Collaborate with booking, technical, and accounts teams for successful campaign execution.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
  2. Fluency in Arabic and English.
  3. 4-7 years of media buying experience in the publishing industry.
  4. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end event management.
