Job description

The Client Relations Officer oversees the administrative process required to issue or amend trade licenses and responds to inquiries from professional partners and clients. The role involves monitoring the CRM system to ensure accuracy and timely processing of applications.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide clients and partners with license-related information according to organizational guidelines and timelines.
  2. Issue quotes and provide necessary documentation related to licenses.
  3. Regularly update and monitor the CRM system when managing a portfolio.
  4. Analyze documentation such as passports, application forms, and resolutions for accuracy.
  5. Respond to emails and queries from partners and clients across various scenarios.
  6. Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain IFZA’s reputation and integrity.
  7. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  8. Handle complaints and find solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  9. Collaborate with sales, finance, and renewals departments.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Client Relationship Management is advantageous.
