Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Lead to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a BIM Lead you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across our projects ensuring efficient collaboration between various disciplines and optimizing project outcomes.

• Develop and maintain BIM standards protocols and workflows for the organization
• Lead and coordinate BIM teams across multiple projects ensuring adherence to best practices and project requirements
• Collaborate with project managers architects engineers and contractors to integrate BIM processes into project lifecycles
• Oversee the creation and management of 3D models ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Conduct clash detection analyses and coordinate resolution of conflicts between different building systems
• Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and methodologies
• Evaluate and implement new BIM technologies and tools to improve efficiency and productivity
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet client requirements and industry standards
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate BIM strategies and benefits
• Monitor and report on BIM implementation progress and ROI across projects

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 57 years of experience in BIM implementation within the construction or architecture industry
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software particularly Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Strong skills in 3D modeling visualization and clash detection
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• BIM certification such as Autodesk Certified Professional is preferred
• Indepth knowledge of construction processes and architectural/engineering principles
• Experience with BIM execution planning and implementation strategies
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced collaborative environment
• Familiarity with local building codes and standards in the UAE is a plus
