Job Description: VIP Air Charter Sales Executive

We are seeking a qualified VIP Air Charter Sales Executive with the following skills and experience:

  1. 2 to 3 years of experience in VIP air charter sales, either with an aircraft operator or a broker.
  2. Basic knowledge of charter pricing and confidence with numbers.
  3. Operational experience and regional knowledge are highly advantageous.
  4. A strong industry network and client portfolio are plus points.
  5. Experience with FL3XX software will accelerate onboarding.
  6. Self-motivated with the ability to perform well in a remote, global team environment.
  7. Team player willing to support colleagues and clients as needed.
  8. Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing inquiries and tasks.
  9. Responsible and adaptable, balancing personal and work commitments according to team roster.
  10. Conscientious with timely reporting of sales activities and prospects.
  11. Attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
  12. Strong communication and listening skills, with a holistic approach to work involving finance, operations, and management.
Responsibilities
  1. Check fleet availability using our scheduling and quoting system, FL3XX.
  2. Quote appropriate charter aircraft based on availability and mission requirements.
  3. Source and quote sub-charter aircraft from third-party operators, including conducting desktop audits.
  4. Prospect for new business opportunities.
  5. Contribute to achieving sales targets and generate new business.
  6. Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular meetings.
  7. Identify and promote additional services offered by the group, such as aircraft transactions, maintenance, cabin completions, and aircraft management.
