We are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within asset management, fund distribution, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of he fund industry, fund structures, regulations and market practices in alternative investments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g., Spanish, German and French) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency, proactive, problem-solving and client-oriented attitude.

Your role in the team

As a Key Account Manager (KAM) for Alternative Client Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with asset managers and fund houses. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that Allfunds' platform and services align with the evolving needs of our fund partners, while identifying opportunities for mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
  • Understand each client's strategic goals, distribution models, and operational needs.
  • Promote Allfunds' Alternative Client Solutions, and value-added services to enhance client engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, and IT) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand the scope of collaboration.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews, performance reports, and strategic plans.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and continuous communication
