Job Description

What Does a Client Engagement Manager Do?
As a Client Engagement Manager at IFZA, you will manage client relationships, oversee license sales, collaborate with internal departments to support clients, source new leads, and drive business growth through excellent service and consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales initiatives and meet or exceed targets
  • Build trust-based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Handle client queries and challenges professionally
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships
  • Participate in CRM activities, team meetings, and sales training
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, operations, and training departments to streamline communication and service
