About the Role:

Were searching for a Practice Manager who lives and breathes excellence in clinical care; someone who can translate healthcare insights into exceptional operational outcomes. Your Mission:

  • Design and oversee comprehensive fertility treatment workflows that put patients first.
  • Lead quality assurance and clinical governance across all services.
  • Be the critical link between clinical and admin teams ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Own performance improvement initiatives driving both care quality and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee staff development programmes embedding a culture of learning and excellence.
  • Manage compliance and prepare the clinic for international accreditations (e.g. JCI HFEA).

What You Bring:

  • A clinical qualification (e.g. nurse embryologist allied health) PLUS business or healthcare management expertise.
  • A Masters degree in Healthcare Admin Nursing Leadership or similar.
  • 5 years in healthcare operations including handson experience in reproductive medicine or IVF.
  • Strong understanding of fertility protocols and lab procedures.
  • Experience leading quality improvement initiatives backed by clinical data.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
