Job description

We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing customers within the commercial facility management sector.
The Sales Engineer will take ownership of securing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), preparing competitive proposals, and strategically influencing client decisions to drive business growth. This role requires a proactive, confident professional who can operate independently while meeting and exceeding sales targets across a defined region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers in the commercial Facility Management sector
  • Pursue and secure new Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) to expand the company's service portfolio
  • Monitor market trends and leverage emerging opportunities to grow business
  • Confidently present and promote company services to clients with minimal supervision
  • Prepare, estimate, and submit competitive proposals and tenders for large-scale building maintenance services, including A/C, MEP, and full facility management
  • Provide timely estimates, cost-benefit analyses, and persuasive proposals to support client decision-making and ensure deal closure
  • Take full responsibility for achieving assigned sales budgets within the designated territory
  • Generate leads and project opportunities aligned with business objectives, consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals

Requirements

  • An Engineering degree
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in the UAE/GCC in facility management, maintenance, or MEP services
  • In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and facility management practices within the building industry
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in the UAE Facility Management market
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships across diverse nationalities and cultures
