Job description

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Cybersecurity company in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and marketing efforts across the Middle East specializing in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in BFSI, government, and commercial sectors, deep expertise in cybersecurity compliance frameworks, and a proven track record in closing high-value deals.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales, business development, and marketing strategies to expand the company’s GRC footprint across the Middle East.
  2. Identify and secure new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  3. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  4. Oversee and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking key performance metrics and providing insights to leadership.
  5. Ensure compliance with regional regulations and internal policies related to cybersecurity and GRC.
  6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to enhance brand visibility.
  7. Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  2. 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the cybersecurity industry, focusing on GRC solutions in the UAE and Middle East.
  3. Strong network and experience in multinational cybersecurity firms.
  4. Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks, including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and SOC 2.
  5. Proven ability to engage with C-suite executives and close high-value enterprise deals.
  6. Expertise in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  7. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management.
  8. Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or within a team.
  9. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  10. Valid UAE driving license with a willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and industry events.
